To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment must be made within 24 hours of our confirmation. Once the advance is received, your booking will be officially scheduled. If the advance payment is not made within this timeframe, the booking may be released to another client without prior notice. Clients are requested to arrive on time on the scheduled booking date. Studio hours will be calculated starting from the confirmed booking time, regardless of arrival time. If additional hours are required, extra charges will apply. Please note that extension hours may not always be available due to other bookings, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please inform us at least three days in advance of the scheduled date. If prior notice is not given, 50% of the studio payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. If studio staff are not assisting during your session, clients are responsible for handling all equipment and facilities with care. Any damage caused will be charged accordingly. The package includes complimentary tea and coffee for up to four (4) guests. Consumption beyond this limit will incur an additional charge.
